Tony Thornton

Tony is the Vice President & Chief Financial Planner at Elevate Financial Partners. He focuses on analytical data analysis, and financial planning distribution modeling. He is determined to put the clients needs first coupled with customized recommendations tailored to each individual.

Inspired by his upbringing that valued budgeting and living within your means, as well as his analytical skills, Tony wants to share his expertise with as many people open to discussing how to build wealth in the most tax-efficient manner possible. Tony is currently studying for the CFP exam as well as the ChFC designation. 

Tony currently resides in Orange County, but grew up in New Jersey and is a graduate of Georgetown University. His experiences living in different parts of the country have given him a perspective that really values the personal stories of all of the individuals he meets. He is fascinated by what has shaped people into who they are today, and where they are headed.

Tony believes that there is no one-size-fits-all way to provide the best experience for clients. He says “Sometimes we need to be the teacher, sometimes the counselor, sometimes the friend”. And, he thinks the best way to be whatever it is his clients need him to be is to be available, honest, and unbiased.
