Kat Klisiak

Kat Klisiak joins Elevate Financial Partners with over a decade of experience in the financial services and insurance industries. She most recently served at a Brokerage General Agency with more than 50 years of industry presence, where she played a key role in managing high volume life insurance case management and underwriting coordination. Kat is excited to bring her experience to Elevate while continuing to grow alongside a firm experiencing rapid, industry-leading expansion.

Originally from DeMotte, Indiana, Kat began her career in financial services supporting banking and health insurance products in customer service roles. She later transitioned into the life insurance industry, where she spent the past five years developing deep expertise in the full life insurance policy lifecycle.

During her tenure at the BGA, Kat became known for her ability to manage a high volume of cases, often overseeing more than 150 life insurance applications at various stages simultaneously. Her experience includes application submission, navigating underwriting requirements, coordinating with carriers and underwriters, and ensuring smooth and efficient policy delivery.

At Elevate, Kat serves as a critical link between advisors and insurance carriers, helping streamline the underwriting & case management process so advisors can focus on serving clients while achieving strong placement outcomes.

Kat is widely recognized for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the underwriting process. She approaches every case with a strategic mindset and an understanding that each policy plays an important role in a client’s broader financial plan.
