Cody Cousens

Cody Cousens is an Internal Case Designer at Elevate Financial Partners, where he supports the firm’s advisors with complex case design and advanced planning strategies for business owners, high net worth, and ultra high net worth clients. Working directly under Chief Planning Officer Tony Thornton, Cody specializes in case design for advanced insurance and business planning strategies, including retirement analysis and tax efficient structuring.

Cody earned his degree in Finance with a specialization in Investment & Banking and a minor in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and collaborative approach make him a valuable resource for advisors bringing complex cases to underwriting.
