As Chief Operating Officer at Elevate Financial Partners, Noelle brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of operational leadership. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, she holds a life insurance license and has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU) designation—underscoring her expertise in life insurance and financial planning.

In her role as COO, Noelle oversees the overall business operations of Elevate Financial Partners and its subsidiaries. She leads the technology, operations, onboarding, commissions, and business support units, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across the organization. Noelle also works closely with the Leadership Team to develop company-wide strategy and direction, playing a key role in shaping Elevate’s long-term vision and growth.

She takes great pride in delivering exceptional client service and is deeply committed to supporting advisor growth and production throughout the organization.
